Mobility Device Provision: Hope of Jesus Christ Restored
Hope Mobility Kenya shares the Hope of Jesus Christ through the gift of mobility. We provide a wide range of mobility devices, including different types of wheelchairs, crutches, walkers and canes, suited for different kinds of needs.
Our provision of wheelchairs and other mobility devices is subject to the WHO 8 - step process that ensures that each mobility device is suited to the specific user, is safe and does not cause harm. We have highly trained professional staff who are experienced in Assistive Technology provision.

Our Provision Program

Professional Assessment:
Highly trained staff, including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Orthopedic Technologists, Seating specialists and Technicians, conduct individual assessments and fittings.
Quality and Variety:
We provide wheelchairs – both basic and intermediate, Axillary and Elbow Crutches, Walking Frames, Rollators and Walking Canes.

Adherence to Standards:
All provisions follow international guidelines and standards, especially the WHO 8-Step Process, to ensure every device is correctly matched, fitted, and adjusted for maximum safety and function.
Widespread Reach:
We do fittings of wheelchairs and other devices at de our Resource Centre in Nairobi and around the country through our partnerships with churches and counties. We conduct large-scale, life-changing distribution outreaches to reach the unreached people in remote areas.

The Impact
The gift of mobility is the gift of inclusion. We empower PWDs with the tools they need to access education, employment, and community life, moving them from dependence to independence.
